30-Day Window
Standard catalog pairs may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the box is unworn and in original condition with all original tags and packaging.
Custom & Made-to-Order
Custom and made-to-order pairs are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@www.fugiat.store with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We'll respond within one business day with the next steps.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
